Is MyNotifyAssist free?
Yes, MyNotifyAssist has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans are available for higher reminder volumes and advanced features like Team Notifications and Kri AI Assistant.
Which channels can I send reminders through?
MyNotifyAssist supports SMS, WhatsApp, email, voice call, and push (mobile app) reminders — all from one dashboard. Push is unlimited on eligible plans.
Is SMS delivery guaranteed?
No. SMS delivery is best-effort only. Messages can fail or be delayed because of carriers, DLT/template rules in India, TRAI timing or DND restrictions, invalid numbers, international sender limits, or provider outages. We only count successful deliveries toward your plan limits. For important reminders, select more than one channel (e.g. push + email + SMS). See our Terms (SMS Messaging Terms).
Does MyNotifyAssist work without internet?
SMS and voice call reminders are delivered via telecom networks and work without internet on the recipient's device. The app itself requires internet to schedule reminders.
Is MyNotifyAssist available on iOS and Android?
Yes. MyNotifyAssist is available free on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). Your account and plan sync across web and mobile. See our download page for store links.
Can I send reminders to multiple people at once?
Yes. The Team Notifications feature lets you send one reminder to multiple contacts simultaneously — ideal for insurance agents, HR teams, and healthcare providers.
What is the Kri AI Assistant?
Kri is MyNotifyAssist's built-in AI assistant. You can set reminders in plain language — just describe what you need and when, and Kri schedules it automatically. Kri can also create and list notes on eligible plans.
Which countries is MyNotifyAssist available in?
MyNotifyAssist is primarily designed for India but is available worldwide. SMS and voice call delivery coverage depends on your telecom provider.
How is MyNotifyAssist different from Google Keep or Todoist?
Unlike Google Keep or Todoist which only send in-app notifications, MyNotifyAssist delivers reminders through real-world channels — SMS, WhatsApp, email, and voice call — so your reminder reaches the person even if they don't have the app open.
What is MyNotifyAssist?

How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to the Dashboard and click "Upgrade plan" or use "Upgrade Plan" in the navigation. You can upgrade on the website or via in-app purchases on iOS and Android. See our Refund Policy for billing details.
