Refund Policy
Last updated: 15 February 2026
1. General
MyNotifyAssist ("we", "our") provides refund handling under the conditions below. How refunds work depends on how you paid:
- Website purchases (Razorpay): when you pay on our website, we process payments through Razorpay. Eligible refunds for those payments are issued by us via Razorpay using the pro-rata (by days used) rule below (no full refunds).
- In-app purchases (Apple App Store / Google Play): we do not refund in-app payments ourselves. Apple and Google control billing; we cannot guarantee that a refund will be available and we do not process refunds directly for store purchases. If you are eligible, you must request a refund through the store.
2. How We Calculate Refunds
For website (Razorpay) refunds, refunds are pro-rata (proportional) by days used:
- We take the amount you paid for the plan (for the current period).
- We calculate the number of days in the plan period (e.g. 30, 90, 365 days).
- We count how many days have passed since the start of that period (days of service used).
- We deduct the proportional value for those days: (amount paid × days used) ÷ total days in period.
- The refund amount = amount paid − deduction for days used. If the deduction equals or exceeds the amount paid, no refund is due.
Example: You paid ₹1,000 for a 30-day plan. You request a refund after 10 days. Deduction = (1,000 × 10) ÷ 30 = ₹333.33. Refund = ₹1,000 − ₹333.33 = ₹666.67 (approximately).
3. Payment Gateway and Refund Eligibility
- Website (Razorpay): Refund requests must be made within the plan period. We apply the pro-rata deduction based on days used (no full refunds). Refunds are processed through Razorpay when approved.
- In-app (Apple/Google): We do not operate the store payment system. Refunds are not issued by MyNotifyAssist for in-app purchases; use the store's refund flow if applicable.
We do not guarantee that every refund request will be approved; we reserve the right to refuse refunds in case of abuse, violation of our Terms, or if the request does not meet this policy.
4. How to Request a Refund
Website (Razorpay): contact us via the Contact Us page or use the Service Request option in the account menu. Include your registered email, plan, payment date (or invoice number), and your request reason.
In-app (Apple/Google): use the App Store or Google Play refund request process. We cannot process or promise a refund for in-app payments; contact us only for account or entitlement support.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Refund requests are handled according to the policy in effect at the time of your request.
