Notes
Notes in MyNotifyAssist are private pages of text on your account. You can search them, pin the ones you need often, and archive the ones you are finished with but might read again. They stay with the same login as your reminders and expenses, on the website and in the free iOS and Android apps. A note is not sent to anyone unless you explicitly share it.
On plans that include sharing, you can share a note with a Connection or create a read-only public link. A public link is for something you are willing to let a recipient open without an account, such as a short brief or a list of instructions. You can stop sharing. Connections only see notes you chose to share with them, not your whole notebook. Private notes remain private.
A note can become a reminder draft in one step, so a line you wrote down can turn into an SMS, WhatsApp, email, or voice alert without retyping it. Kri can create or list notes from the chat when your plan includes that, and it shows a preview before anything is saved. Notes are the place for text you want to keep. Reminders are the place for text that must arrive at a time. They are linked so you do not keep two copies by accident.
Use notes for procedures, trip details, medicine names, or anything you search for later. Pin the current one. Archive the old one. Share only when someone else must read it. Download the app or register on the web, then save the first note into the same account that already holds your calendar.
Search matters once you have more than a handful of notes. A pinned note stays at the top for the instruction you are following this week. An archived note leaves the main list without being deleted, so you can find last year’s trip details when you need them. If you share a public link, treat it like any other link you might forward: put only the text you are comfortable with a recipient opening. You can remove the link later, and the private copy on your account remains.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Are notes private by default?
- Yes. A note stays on your account until you share it. Search, pin, and archive do not send the text to anyone else.
- Can I share a note without giving someone my login?
- On eligible plans you can share with a Connection or create a read-only public link. You can turn sharing off later. People only see notes you chose to share.
- Can a note become a reminder?
- Yes. You can turn a note into a reminder draft and then deliver it by SMS, WhatsApp, email, or a voice call, instead of typing the same text again.
