Team Notifications

Team Notifications send one scheduled message to everyone on a team at the same time. You pick the team, write the message, choose SMS, WhatsApp, email, or a voice call, and set the time. Each member receives it on the channels you selected. That is built for shift alerts, office announcements, meeting reminders, policy updates, and clinic follow-ups, where copying the same text to every person is how reminders get missed.

A team is made of Connections: people who have already accepted your request. You add members on the team, then send to the group instead of picking names one by one. Team messages are kept separate from your personal reminders, so a staff alert does not sit in the same list as a private medicine dose. You can still open your own Calendar for the things that are only for you.

Team sends follow your plan. Some plans let you browse scheduled team messages without creating new ones, and paid plans unlock sending. The free plan is still the right place to learn the rest of the app. When team sending is included, you schedule the broadcast the same way you schedule a personal reminder: check the message, confirm the time, and let MyNotifyAssist deliver it. Members do not need to be in a group chat. They get the channel you chose, even if they are not looking at the app.

Use teams when several people must hear the same fact at the same time. A clinic can remind staff of a roster change. An office can nudge a meeting.
